Sifting Through Artifacts

Step 1)

The location is archeological dig. The activity is sifting through artifacts. I am having an encounter with existence pre-colonization bipeds.

Step 2)

The sun beats down on the vast excavation site, casting long shadows over the intricately carved trenches. The air is thick with dust, and the heady scent of ancient earth. There’s a persistent hum of activity—shovels scraping, brushes dusting. Every inch of the ground whispers stories of a time long past.

Step 3)

With meticulous care, I brush away the silt from a newly uncovered artifact. Each brush stroke revealing more detail. I hold it up so that ZemRicIsh can see the find. One final brush on the artifact with my cleaning tool activates a long dormant switch. There's a slight shimmer and suddenly, in front of me, appears four semi-transparent figures - hologram bipedal creatures. This is most shocking. The commonly accepted theories suggest that the ancient inhabitants of this planet were no more advanced that bronze age. The figure gestures continue jumping around for a moment then the light fades. Whatever power was miraculously preserved is now gone.
